Bulgur pilaf with chicken in a slow cooker

So, we start cooking with the preparation of vegetables: we rub the washed carrot on a grater, cut the onion.

In the bowl of the slow cooker we put the chicken – wings, shin, breast – what you like more, cut into small pieces. Fry in vegetable oil, add the prepared vegetables, continue the frying process.

When the contents of the bowl acquire a beautiful golden color, pour bulgur, prunes, pour broth, salt, add paprika.

Cooking bulgur pilaf in a slow cooker by selecting the "Baking" mode. The cooking time takes half an hour, no more.

Serve pilaf garnished with fresh herbs.
