Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 45 min

1. Sift the flour into a bowl, pour salt, pour boiling water, mix with quick movements, pour milk and vegetable oil, break the egg and knead the dough. Ideally, the dough turns out to be elastic and elastic. We leave it for half an hour under the cling film, and in the meantime we will do the filling.

2. Peel the onion, grate it on a coarse grater (you can grind it with a blender), pour in ice water, add salt and ground black pepper, mix. Put the minced meat in the onion mass, stir thoroughly.

3. Roll out the dough into a thin layer, cut into strips-ribbons. Spread the stuffing along the entire length of the ribbon, fold it in half and pinch the edges. And now we roll up each ribbon into a roll.

4. Grease the steam grate with vegetable oil, spread the dumplings on it, pour water into the bowl of the multivark and install a grate with blanks on top. We cook for 45 minutes so that the dumplings are properly cooked. (You can also cook in a steamer)

Ready-made rose dumplings are laid out in portions and lubricated with butter.

Serve hot.

Bon appetit!
