Giraffe Cake

A very beautiful and delicious cake with a delicate souffle! In different recipes, this cake is called differently: Giraffe and Cow Burenka. I like the name Giraffe better. I made some small changes and got my own Giraffe.

Beat softened butter with sugar. Add the egg and beat again. Then pour out the sifted flour with cocoa and baking powder and knead the shortbread dough. Put the dough in the refrigerator.
For the souffle, beat the eggs with sugar well. Continuing to beat, add cottage cheese alternately, then sour cream, butter, vanilla sugar and starch.
Divide the dough into two unequal parts. Put most of the dough into a greased split mold and spread it over it, forming the basis of a cake with fairly high sides. The dough is shortbread, but it is molded well.

Pour the souffle into the mold. From the remaining dough, make balls, rectangles and triangles and put them on the souffle in a chaotic order.
Put the cake in the oven at 180 degrees for 1 hour.
I did in a slow cooker on the baking program 65 + 20 minutes.
Let the cake cool in the mold and only then transfer it to a dish.
