Kiev cake in a slow cooker

A great recipe for someone who trusts his slow cooker! I like this recipe not only for its recipe and taste qualities. Another tangible plus is the ability to cook a cake with a slow cooker.

Preparing the cream. After beating a little egg, add milk and continue to knead. When the mass becomes homogeneous, add sugar and put it on fire. When the mass thickens, remove it and cool it.
Combine the egg mass with softened butter and whisk. We put the cream in the refrigerator and prepare cakes.
Whisk half of the proteins, add 25 grams of sugar and half of vanilla sugar. Beat the mass well until stable peaks.
Fried in a dry pan and chopped nuts are mixed with flour and 190 grams of sugar. Half of the nut mass is combined with the whipped whites and mix gently.
We line the bottom of the bowl of the slow cooker with parchment, put the cake and bake the cake for two and a half hours in the "Baking" mode. After the cake is ready, let it cool down.
Whisk the remaining proteins, add the remaining 25 grams of sugar and half of the vanilla sugar. The finished mass is baked in the same way as the first cake.
Lubricate the first cake with cream on top and put the second one on it. We also lubricate it. We decorate the top and sides of the cake at our discretion.

The cake is ready! Bon appetit!
