Steamed meatballs with rice

1. Make minced meat from turkey fillet. A meat grinder, blender and other choppers are suitable for this. You can also make minced meat with a hatchet or a sharp knife.
2. Boil the rice until it is half cooked in a way that is convenient for you. When cooking, add salt to the rice. There is no need to wash the rice.
3. Peel the onion, carrot and zucchini and grate them on a medium or fine grater. Pass 2 cloves of garlic through the press.
4. Mix minced meat and vegetables with garlic, add salt and your favorite spices to taste.
5. Form meatballs with wet hands. Put the meatballs and a garlic clove cut in half in a steamer bowl. You can also put herbs for flavoring - a fresh sprig of rosemary or thyme, basil... If the herbs are small, put them in a small bowl.
6. Cook the meatballs for half an hour.
