    Add sugar and yeast on top of the flour. Put the bowl in the bread maker and turn on the main baking mode. I have it lasts 3 hours. The weight of the bread is 700 or 750 gr. (it will be different in different models of the bread maker, focus on your technique), the color of the crust is average. If desired, you can add aromatic herbs.

    When the dough is formed into a bun, pour vegetable oil on it. Thanks to this, the bun begins to form more actively and stops sticking to the walls.

Dry yeast can be replaced with fresh pressed yeast, based on the proportion of 1:3. That is, for 1 gram of dry yeast required by the recipe, you need to take 3 grams of fresh.

Be prepared for the fact that flour may need more or less than indicated in the recipe. Focus not on the amount of flour, but on the desired consistency of the dough. To avoid mistakes, read about flour and its properties!
