First of all, study the instructions for your bread maker, namely, pay attention to the order in which you need to load the products into the bowl of the bread maker. Someone has liquids first, then everything else, someone has the opposite. This is very important! My loading is liquid first, then dry. If it's different for you, then load the products into the bread maker bowl in reverse order according to this recipe.
So, let's get started. To begin with, we take the milk and heat it to a temperature of 40 degrees. Like any other pastry, it also likes warm foods.
After heating the milk, pour it into the bowl of the bread maker. Then we break all three eggs into a bowl. It is desirable that the eggs are also at room temperature, or at least get them out of the refrigerator 20 minutes before cooking. But if they come right out of the refrigerator, it doesn't matter. Believe me, the taste will not spoil from this!
Now we take butter. It does not need to be heated, it just needs to be soft. We need 100g. We cut it into cubes and send it to the bowl of the bread maker with milk and eggs.
Now sugar, we measure 60 grams, this is about 6 tablespoons. Pour into the bowl of the bread maker and salt in the same place (I took a pinch of ordinary salt, not extra).
Then we take about 3.5-4 spoons of poppy seeds and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. All this is also sent to the bowl of the bread maker.
And here it is a magical moment. Right now, you can either add whatever your heart desires instead of poppy seeds and cinnamon. It can be nuts, candied fruits, dried fruits, pieces of chocolate, fresh berries - here only your imagination rules the ball)))
Next we have flour. It must be sifted, and even better 2 times. Since the more the flour is saturated with oxygen, the more magnificent the baking will be in the end.
And pour 1.5-2 tsp of dry yeast onto the top of the sifted flour.
Well, actually, the main work is done. Now you need to put the bread maker bowl in place, close the lid.
Select the program. I have this function "Baking". You can have it "Muffin" or "Main". Everyone has about the same time of kneading the dough and baking the product.
Well, that's it. Now we are waiting for the signal of the bread maker to complete the baking process. We take out the bowl with the bread roll from the bread maker, remove it and let it cool from all sides. At the same time, do not forget to brew fragrant tea or make delicious coffee. Serve the bun together with butter or your favorite jam/jam. Bon appetit!
