Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h

1. In a bowl, break an egg, pour salt and sugar, pour kefir. Mix the mass with a whisk. Then pour vegetable oil and pour soda, then sift the flour and knead the soft dough.

2. We divide the dough into several parts for convenience, roll out each part into a flat cake. Using a glass, we cut out the circles, and using a bottle stopper (or any device of a smaller diameter), we cut out the middle of the donut (in this form they will fry well, they will not be raw inside).

3. Pour vegetable oil into a saucepan, heat over medium heat and fry the donuts for about 1 minute on each side parties. Spread the hot donuts on a paper towel to remove excess fat, then serve on a platter, sprinkled with powdered sugar and confectionery powder if desired.

Have a sweet tea party and good mood!
