Decided to cook this dessert for breakfast from the products that remained in small quantities and turned out to be quite a good hearty dessert!

- First, gelatin was poured with milk, mixed well and left in the refrigerator for an hour. After that, the gelatin was put on a small fire, honey was added (sugar is also possible, since I do not use sugar, honey cannot be added for the stomach), stirring the mixture well without bringing it to a boil.

- Put the cottage cheese and banana in a blender, grind thoroughly until smooth, then add gelatin and mix again. At the end, pour in the currant syrup and mix at low speed to give color.

- Pour the mass into a creamer or a wide glass in my case, there was an ordinary glass, in the process of pouring the mass, add chopped cubes of kiwi.

- Decorate the dessert with fruits, I had blackberries, raspberries and raisins.

- put the banana souffle in the refrigerator for a few hours.
