1. We peel the papaya, cut off the end on one side, remove the seeds and cut out the pulp with a knife to get a bowl. We send the prepared papaya to the refrigerator.

2. Pour the milk into a saucepan, send it to the fire, bring it to a boil, then add sugar and vanilla extract, as well as condensed milk, mix, cool.

3. Agar agar is diluted according to the instructions, pour into the milk mixture, mix.

4. Cut the previously cut flesh into cubes, leave a little for decoration, put the rest in the milk mixture.

5. The resulting pudding is poured into a papaya bowl, sprinkled with the remaining papaya cubes and sent to the refrigerator to freeze.
