Pork Stroganina

Surprise your friends by serving meat in an unusual way! Don't know how to make a table unusual and how to give it a twist? Serve the pork stroganina! This dish will be remembered by the guests for its unique taste. Cooking stroganina is very simple and fast - it is only important to cut a little meat, since its whole taste depends on the frozen state. If the meat melts, the whole meaning of the dish will be lost. It is better to prune more if necessary, if not enough.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 12 h 10 min

A piece of meat is thoroughly washed, we remove all the skins.
Wrap in a towel and place in the freezer until the place freezes completely. I usually put it in at night.
Frozen pork is cut into long thin pieces (about 10 cm long, no more than 2 mm thick), about 3-5 cm wide. You can also cut it more finely - to your taste, most importantly - thinly.
We put the pieces on a dish, decorate with herbs, lemon slices.
You can serve stroganina with any sauces, seasonings or simply with a mixture of salt and ground pepper.
