Cooking method

Boil oyster mushrooms in salted water (20 minutes), cool and separate from the common leg. Put finely chopped garlic and dill on the bottom of enameled or ceramic dishes. Then we spread the first layer of mushrooms, add salt and sprinkle with garlic and dill again. In the same way, we lay out all the other layers tightly. Fill with water in which our mushrooms were cooked so that it slightly covers the top layer. We put a plate on top and press it down with a press (you can use a jar of water). We put the mushrooms in the refrigerator or in another cool place for two days. After that, the mushrooms will be ready to eat. Take out, cut, add mayonnaise and eat to your health! We recommend it with fried potatoes. Bon appetit!
