  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

I learned about how to cook low-salted pink salmon from a TV show about the life of polar explorers. Since then, this recipe for salting lightly salted pink salmon has appeared in my special notebook for the most favorite goodies. We will need fish, salt, sugar and clean gauze, folded in several layers.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

There are no special difficulties in the preparation of lightly salted pink salmon. We prepare the fish: cut off the head, cut the abdomen and take out the intestines. If the pink salmon is small in size, it will not have to be cut in half. I usually choose this one and for the purpose of salting it whole - I like it that way. The fish has been prepared and now we mix sugar with salt.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Rub the carcass of pink salmon from the outside and inside with a prepared mixture of salt and sugar.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Slightly moisten several layers of gauze with water, spread the fish on the gauze, wrap it tightly and tie it so that the gauze presses on the fish. We leave the fish in this form for three hours on a cutting board, then lightly squeeze out the liquid and put it in the refrigerator for two or three days. that's how much time our fish needs, so that it is properly marinated and ready for use.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Just look at how it looks in the cut - it's impossible not to try a piece.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Salt such fish according to a simple recipe, because cooked with your own hands, lightly salted pink salmon turns out better than store-bought - this is a fact!

Oh, what an amazing yummy on butter sandwiches, and with a lemon is just an extravaganza of taste. I cook for almost all celebrations. It's amazing how such simple products make a truly festive meal. You can cut pink salmon fillets into thin slices and decorate tartlets filled with Philadelphia cheese with it - it's always beautiful, delicious and relevant. And it's good when such a fish is always at hand, then you can easily make sandwiches and other snacks in a hurry.
