Pickled soy meat

A great alternative to meat! Prepare a delicious snack! If for some reason you do not eat animal products, soy meat is an excellent option both in taste and in the content of nutrients. And pickled soy meat is a wonderful recipe that I recently came across on the web. The resulting snack was appreciated even by my meat-eating relatives. Very tasty!

While soy meat is being boiled for 15 minutes, make a marinade:

- heat water with sugar to a boil;
- after boiling, add the peppers - red and black, spices, mix;
- then add vinegar, oil and let it boil;
- meanwhile, mash the garlic with soy sauce and add to the marinade after boiling.

Pour the boiled soy meat with the ready marinade, put it under light pressure so that the meat does not float. After cooling, put it in the refrigerator for a day.

Ready-made pickled soy meat is suitable for salads and as an appetizer.

Bon appetit!
