Tomatoes marinated in Chili ketchup for winter

Savory tomatoes for winter with a pronounced sharp-sweet taste. One of my favorite recipes for rolling tomatoes was tomatoes in their own juice, until I tried a few years ago to close them in Chili ketchup. I really liked the taste of these spicy-sweet tomatoes, and now this preparation is one of the favorites in our family.

We put all the spices and tomatoes in clean, dry jars. We prepare the marinade: we send salt, sugar, ketchup and vinegar to a saucepan with water, put it on fire and boil after boiling for 2-3 minutes. Pour the tomatoes with hot marinade and sterilize in a saucepan for 10 minutes. Roll it up, turn it over and wrap it up until it cools down completely.

Tomatoes in Chili ketchup are ready for winter! You can store them in the cellar or pantry. Enjoy your meal!
