Delicious and quick to prepare vegetable appetizer for dishes. Many housewives use gherkins to prepare different dishes. Gherkins are small-fruited vegetables of such a variety as "Seed cucumber", although gherkins are often called any varieties of cucumbers that have barely grown in the garden. Crispy, juicy and low-calorie cucumbers are very tasty in pickled form. I offer my recipe for pickling gherkins for the winter.
