Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 30 min

In a small saucepan we prepare the marinade:

1. Pour in water, sunflower oil, salt and enrich with spices – pepper, cloves, bay leaf. Here we squeeze out garlic and lemon juice. Add vinegar.
2. Now we send the saucepan to the fire, bring it to a boil and, reducing the heat a little, cook for 10 minutes. Filter the finished marinade.

Pickling mushrooms:

3. Cut the mushrooms into large pieces, put them in a saucepan. Pour the prepared marinade and send it to cook for about 10-15 minutes.
4. Removing the pan from the heat, add the onion cut into half rings to the oyster mushrooms and leave for 30 minutes so that it has time to marinate.

Bon appetit!
