An excellent recipe for an easy-to-prepare dish - salad with pickled mushrooms.

The eggs need to be boiled, and then cut into cubes. Then finely chop the green onion and mix it with the eggs. Now chop the pickled mushrooms (I always take either honey mushrooms or champignons). Mix well.

Add the green peas to the salad and mix gently again. Season with sour cream and salt.

If desired in such salad with pickled mushrooms you can put some more greens. For example, I sometimes add salad leaves picked by my hands.

In general, salad is good because you can experiment with it by adding a variety of products containing a lot of protein.

When I was on a protein diet, I often used this recipe.
