Simple and delicious appetizer-cucumber salad! In autumn, when the last cucumbers are removed from the beds in the suburban areas, as a rule, caring housewives have already made preparations in the form of pickled cucumbers for the winter. And usually the last cucumbers do not have a presentable appearance, hooked, pot-bellied, with large seeds, such for pickling are not suitable. But I don't want to throw away such a harvest either. Such an appetizer from cucumbers turns out very tasty, cucumbers in them are fresh, fragrant and crispy, you wouldn't even think that a salad is made from "defective" cucumbers.

Arrange the prepared jars, pour the marinade remaining in the bowl into the jars so that it covers the contents of the jars.

    Cover the jars with cucumbers with lids, put them in a saucepan with a towel at the bottom of which, pour water so that it reaches the shoulders of the jars. Turn on the heat and sterilize for about 15 minutes from the moment of boiling. Roll up the jars with lids, let the workpiece cool at room temperature. There is no need to wrap them up with anything. Put the cooled cans in the pantry. Enjoy your meal!
