Tomatoes in jelly slices for winter

Wonderful recipe with citric acid. Tomatoes in jelly slices are cooked often and a lot for the winter. This is really a very tasty dish. The main condition is to serve it immediately from the refrigerator and eat it until the jelly has melted, because jelly from sweet and sour marinade in this recipe is the highlight of the dish. It is better to put tomatoes in jelly in transparent glass or crystal vases - so that the jelly plays with all the colors, reflecting in the edges of the dishes. Tomatoes in jelly can be served simply with boiled potatoes or as a snack for a holiday.
