Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 15 min

1. Peel the horseradish root, wash it, cut it into pieces.

2. Rinse the dill, cut it arbitrarily.

3. Wash the tomatoes, put them in jars, sprinkling with dill and horseradish pieces.

4. And now prepare the marinade:

- pour water into a saucepan, add salt and sugar, send to the fire and boil;

- pour vinegar into the brine and boil again.

5. Fill the jars with tomatoes with the prepared marinade, cover with lids.

6. Cover the bottom of a large saucepan with a kitchen towel, place a jar of tomatoes in it and pour hot water (the water should reach the hangers of the jar).

7. Put the pan on the fire and sterilize for about half an hour from the moment the water boils.

8. Roll up the lids, turn upside down. Insulate the blanks by wrapping them in a warm fleece blanket and leave them overnight. In the morning, the cans can be moved to a permanent storage place in the cellar.
