Mushrooms in marinade for winter

Prepare delicious champignons and enjoy the winter! A great recipe for making pickled mushrooms. They are very easy to prepare and fast. Such mushrooms can be eaten as a snack, or you can add them to a salad. When cooking, you can use any greens to your taste.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 45 min

1. Wash the mushrooms, cut the large ones in half.
2. Wash the garlic and herbs and chop them.
3. Add oil, spices, salt and sugar to the mushrooms. Simmer for 12 minutes after boiling. Add garlic and herbs 2 minutes before the end of cooking.
4. Pour in the vinegar, cover with a lid and keep on fire for another 1 minute.
5. Transfer the mushrooms to sterile jars and roll up. Store in the cold.
