Garloder with garlic for winter

A familiar snack with a new ingredient. Don't miss it! Do you like spicy food? Then this recipe is for you! Since I like to experiment, I slightly changed the classic recipe of the loudmouth, adding Bulgarian pepper to it. It turned out delicious, try it and you.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 15 min

1. Tomatoes are mine.

2. Garlic is cleaned, horseradish is washed and cleaned with a vegetable cutter (it allows you to thinly remove the skin).

3. Bulgarian pepper is cleaned from seeds, washed under running water.

4. Chili peppers are also cleaned from seeds (you can leave them for more sharpness).

5. Grind the prepared vegetables (tomatoes, bell peppers, chili peppers, horseradish, garlic) to a mushy state using a meat grinder.

5. Well, the mass is ready. Now add salt and sugar, pour in vegetable oil and vinegar, mix.

6. Sterilize the jars (I'm in the microwave) and fill them with a ready-made throat. We store the workpiece in the cool.

Successful culinary experiments to you and good mood!
