They say mussels affect the result of a date between a man and a woman. It seems that the cavalier is simply obliged to ignite an unearthly passion after such a meal. I don't know, it's hard to believe, although you can try. Maybe on a cat, see how the tail sweeps, meows like crazy. Only I feel sorry for cats.
No wonder they compare the kitchen with a laboratory, you can work miracles here. I have one recipe, just for the occasion. It is called pickled mussels.
Let's start with the marinade. Dry wine is perfect because of the taste. Pour the wine into a saucepan, crush the garlic, mix with salt and add to the wine. We put a saucepan on a slow fire and wait for it to boil. Clean mussels are put in the marinade and boiled until the shells open. Frozen mussels are simply brought to a boil.
Mix the sauce in a cup. It will consist of lemon juice, mustard, olive oil, chili pepper, sugar and salt. Chop and add the greens and capers to the mixture. Peel the mussels and dip them into the marinade sauce. We put it in the refrigerator.
Mussels should spend 6-8 hours in the marinade, they need to be stirred periodically.
I'm going to conduct an experiment on my husband, then I'll tell you how it ended.
