First of all, prepare pita bread (you will need three sheets in total), and for the filling you need chilled crab sticks, cheese, herbs and mayonnaise, which will lubricate the layers of the roll. Any cheese will do, so choose it to your taste, for example, I prefer hard varieties or melted.
Next, you need to lubricate the first sheet of lavash with mayonnaise and rub cheese on it. Put the second sheet of pita bread on top and also smear it with mayonnaise. Rub the crab sticks, put the third sheet of pita bread, smear it, sprinkle with chopped dill.
Now it's time to roll up the three-layer pita bread with filling into a roll. Do it carefully, try to make the roll tight. When it is ready, cut off the uneven edges from the sides (about 5 cm) and cut the workpiece into two halves. That's all - the rolls "Zaverton" are ready.
Rolls can be eaten immediately, but if you want the pita bread to be thoroughly soaked in mayonnaise, you can put the "Wrapper" in the refrigerator for several hours.
