Chocolate sausage cookie cake is delicious and simple

Please the children and all the household with a sweet treat! My children are especially happy when I take them to the kitchen as assistants. They learned the recipe for sweet sausage by heart, as we do it quite often. Try it - it's easy to cook, and the result is excellent!

Cooking method

Cooking time: 2 h 45 min

Break the egg into a small container, pour sugar, rub the mixture well.

Mix cocoa with milk in a separate bowl until smooth.

Now combine both mixtures together, stir with a whisk. The mass will turn out to be homogeneous in consistency and smooth.

Put the oil in a saucepan, put it on low heat. When the butter has melted, pour in the chocolate mixture in a thin stream, stirring constantly. Remove the pan from the heat, let it cool down a little.

While the mass is cooling, break the cookies into small pieces (you can attract children), and chop the nuts into large pieces with a knife.

Combine the nuts and cookies in one bowl, then pour the chocolate mixture. Mix thoroughly.

Using a tablespoon, put the mass on a piece of parchment (you can make a couple of sausages, it all depends on how long you want to get the finished product), wrap the contents tightly, giving the desired shape and twist the ends. You will get a big candy :)

Send the sausages to the freezer for 2 hours.

That's it! Pour tea and help yourself to health!
