Chocolate souffle with liqueur

Cooking method

1. Cookies are crushed with a blender into crumbs, put in a bowl, add softened butter and cocoa, mix thoroughly, add milk, mix again. The mass should turn out to be soft, plastic.

2. The bottom of the mold is lined with parchment, spread the mass of cookies, tightly tamped, sent to the refrigerator.

3.Melt the chocolate in a water bath, pour powdered sugar and vanilla sugar, mix. Then add the cottage cheese, beat the mass with a mixer. Pour the cream into a separate bowl, whisk until a dense consistency.  

4.Pour gelatin into a bowl, pour hot water (60 ml), mix until completely dissolved, pour a thin stream into the curd mass, while whipping it with a mixer.

5. We combine whipped cream, chocolate liqueur and cottage cheese mass, beat it again, spread the mass on the cookie base, send it to the refrigerator for 8-10 hours (overnight).

6. Rub the chocolate on a coarse grater, decorate the souffle with it, then cut into portions and serve it on the table.
