Salad with cabbage and smoked cheese

    Transfer to a salad bowl, leave the mixture in the refrigerator for at least half an hour. The longer you keep the salad in the refrigerator, the better our smoked cabbage will taste.

This salad can be served as a side dish to meat or fish dishes.
It can also be consumed as a cold snack.
I like most of all to coat a lavash leaf with such a salad and, having rolled up a roll, eat.
