Chips without butter in the microwave

Cook chips at home - simple, delicious, not harmful! Potato chips, beloved by everyone, have become taboo for many, as they contain too much chemistry. I offer you a good alternative - to cook chips at home! Moreover, the dish can not be salted, not sprinkled with spices (this does not make the taste worse) and treat children with a clear conscience!

Cooking method

Cooking time: 15 min

1. Peel the potatoes, wash them, dry them.

2. Cut the peeled potatoes as thinly as possible (for this there is a slicer or you can use a vegetable peeler).

3. Cut a piece of parchment, put the potatoes on it in one layer so that the pieces do not touch each other.

4. We place the parchment in the microwave, choose a bigger power (700-800 watts) and cook the chips until a light blush appears. It will take about 5 minutes.

5. We transfer the finished chips to paper towels, let them cool completely.

Well, now you can crunch :)

Eat with pleasure!
