Cranberry juice for children

Delicious vitamin berry drink for kids! Fruit drinks are delicious drinks that contain a lot of vitamins and trace elements. Such drinks for children are very useful, especially in autumn, winter and early spring, when seasonal vitamin deficiency occurs. I practice freezing berries and fruits, from which I make fruit drinks for my child every day (or every other day).

We sort out the berries, rinse thoroughly.

We put the cranberries in a bowl, rub them with a pestle into a mush.

Squeeze the juice out of the resulting mass (I wipe it through a fine strainer), put it in the refrigerator.

The cake that was left in the strainer, we put it in a saucepan, fill it with water and send it to the fire. When the liquid boils, pour sugar and boil for 10 minutes.

Then filter the broth through a sieve, add cranberry juice from the refrigerator to it, stir and serve.

Health to you and your children!
