We wash mature and juice-filled lettuce sprouts under tap water. We cut fresh figs from the tail to the opposite end. Each fig should be divided into 8 such pieces. We also cut the cheese, calculating the approximate average size.

Salad sprouts are simply torn with our hands, choosing the sizes of individual pieces that are convenient for us. We put these pieces on a large plate. The beautiful base for the dish is ready. Now the oblong slices of ham should lie on it.

In the third place are pieces of goat cheese with figs. Pour the dish with a mixture of honey, lemon juice and olive oil. The last ingredient is optional. The completed salad will please the eye, and in addition, your taste!
