Crispy homemade chips without butter in just 15 minutes! I am an adherent of healthy eating, but like many, I love chips, especially in good company with delicious beer. But I try not to abuse them, since chips are often sold with flavors and dyes, and deep-frying is not very useful for them either. Cooking chips in the microwave was a real discovery for me, as they are cooked without oil, quickly, and they can be sprinkled with your favorite spices to taste.
