Steam cod is a very useful story! Such a fish can be served to both children and the elderly, it is good in therapeutic and dietary nutrition.
The fish should be cut into fillets, soaked with a towel, salt, and lemon juice.
Boil the water in a steamer, put one bay leaf and pepper in it. Grease the fish with olive oil and put it on the grill of the steamer, put onion rings inside, add another bay leaf. You can cook a side dish next to each other - put slices of potatoes, carrots, zucchini, sliced in such a size that the cooking time of pieces of cod and vegetables is approximately equal. Cover with a lid and cook for 20-30 minutes - depending on the size of the pieces.
Serve immediately with a slice of lemon and any side dish.
