Poached egg for breakfast is simple, fast and delicious! Especially if you want to serve it on toasted toast. And it's quite easy to cook it in a microwave, for this you need to take an egg, water and salt. Sometimes it is cooked with vinegar, but this is not always acceptable, and the vinegar is partially absorbed into the egg, giving an unpleasant sourness. Therefore, like many culinary experts, I stick to the salt option.
1. Prepare a small bowl, a bowl suitable for a microwave oven - without gilding and sequins.
2. Pour water into it, add salt, mix so that the salt dissolves.
3. Break the egg into the water so that the yolk is whole.
4. Put in the microwave at maximum power for 2-3 minutes - when you cook for the first time, you need to open the oven and look at the readiness - all microwaves have different power, so work out the cooking time for your oven.
5. When the protein "grabs" and the yolk remains liquid, the poached egg in the microwave is ready!
