First of all, we take the eggs and divide the whites with the yolks. Put the yolks in a suitable container, add sugar and whisk the ingredients.

In a separate bowl, whisk the whites and add them to the yolks with sugar. At the end, you need to add flour. Next, knead the sponge dough gently with a spoon.

The dough is ready!

It remains only to put the mass on parchment, greased with oil, and bake a biscuit (twenty minutes at 180 degrees).
