Cooking method

Cooking time: 40 min
Dissolve yeast in a small amount of milk. Pour the rest of the milk into a saucepan, heat it up a little and dissolve the margarine in it. Beat eggs into lukewarm milk, add dissolved yeast, stir. Add sugar, salt, vodka and then gradually flour. Knead thoroughly and refrigerate for 40 minutes (NOT in the freezer!).
After 40 minutes, you can create with the test. Do not be afraid that you will not see the usual active rise of the test. Inside, everything works in him: he was just cold. Sprinkle the table with flour, knead the dough a little and you can cut it into pies. If the pies are not with a sweet filling, then the amount of sugar can be reduced.
I baked mountains of pies from this dough at one time! Try it!
