Shopsky salad

Very tender, and at the same time a hearty salad. No wonder this salad is called "Bulgarian" Greek salad, the same healthy and delicious, only instead of feta we add Bulgarian cheese and red sweet pepper.

Cut cucumbers into 2 parts lengthwise and then cut each half lengthwise and cut into medium-sized quarters. If cucumbers have a rough skin, peel it.
Cut tomatoes into slices about the same size as cucumbers
Peel the peppers from the core and cut into strips
Cut the onion into thin half rings
Cut the cheese into large cubes
Salt the salad to taste, season with oil and vinegar, mix.
