Defrost the dough and roll it out, giving a rectangular shape (it is better to roll out immediately on parchment paper). Cut and fold the dough as in the photo.



Fill the inner triangle with apple slices (without peel and seeds). Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Close with strips of dough.Lubricate with lightly beaten egg yolk. Lay out the currant berries at random.
