It is better to use red canned beans, but you can also cook dry legumes. To do this, the beans are soaked in cold water for a couple of hours, and then boiled until tender. It's the same with crackers – you can buy them in the store, or you can cook them yourself. You will need ordinary white bread, which should be cut into small cubes and dried in the oven.
I will use canned beans and ready-made crackers for the salad. I open cans of beans and drain the water from them. I grate the cheese on a coarse grater. I take a deep salad bowl in which I mix cheese, beans, Korean carrots, add crackers and finely chopped cilantro. I fill the salad with mayonnaise and serve it on the table. This salad, like other dishes containing crackers in their composition, should be prepared right before serving the table, because crackers can get wet. Enjoy your meal.
