Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar very well.
Continuing to beat, pour in refined vegetable oil, and immediately milk and cocoa powder.
Mix flour with baking powder and sift into the main mass, beat everything well.
Pour the dough into a form lined with parchment paper and greased with vegetable oil.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 45 minutes. Remove the finished cake and let it cool.
We prepare the second cake in the same way.
While our cake is baking, we will prepare the cream. To do this, we only need butter and boiled condensed milk. And so, we knock down the soft butter and gradually introduce condensed milk, the cream is ready.
When the cakes are ready, cut them and soak them with syrup. I also added almond flavor to the syrup.
Lubricate the cakes with cream and put one on the second. We coat the sides and top and send the cake to the refrigerator.
When the cake cools down a little, we proceed to its design. We prepare white mastic, roll out and wrap the cake. Carefully level the sides and top of the cake, then cut off the remains. Now you can decorate as you wish. Since the cake was being prepared for a year for a little princess, I made baby booties and a bib from lilac mastic. I also cut out "1" and decorated everything with butterflies and flowers.
