Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 40 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

At the beginning, you need to prepare the base for a creamy dessert. To do this, you need to take cookies and break them into small pieces. Then these pieces must be passed through a meat grinder to make a sand crumb.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Next you need to put a piece of butter in a small saucepan or ladle and melt the butter without bringing it to a boil.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Pour the melted butter into the sand crumbs and mix thoroughly. Divide the finished cookie base into 4 equal parts and put it on the bottom of each glass, lightly tamping it.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Now you need to prepare the main component of the dessert. To do this, you need to take a deep container and put cream cheese in it (it is better to get it out of the refrigerator in advance so that it is softer and it is easier to mix the ingredients). Next, you need to add powdered sugar to the cheese and mix the ingredients well.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Take the eggs out of the refrigerator and drive one egg into the contents of a deep container. Mix everything well. Then add the second egg and mix all the ingredients thoroughly again.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

After that, pour in the cooled cream and gently mix the cheese mass.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

Chop the hazelnuts to crumbs, then add it to the container with the rest of the ingredients and mix again so that the nuts are distributed throughout the cream cheese mixture.

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

Grate dark chocolate on a fine grater. Wash the orange and also grate its crust on a fine grater. Only the top layer of the orange should be rubbed on a grater, trying not to rub its white part. Peel the orange completely and cut it into circles with a sharp knife.

  9. Step 9:

    Step 9.

Take a glass with a sand base and place an orange circle on the side wall of the glass itself, pressing it well, for example, it can be fixed with skewers. This is done so that the cream does not get behind the orange and does not spoil the appearance of the dessert. Next, you need to put the prepared cream to the very top of the glass. Do this procedure with the remaining glasses. Decorate the dessert with grated chocolate and zest. Put the finished dessert in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

Cream cheese is very popular today. They prepare all kinds of snacks with it, use it in the preparation of rolls, bake cakes using cream cheese. I also periodically use cream cheese in my kitchen. This time I made a delicate creamy dessert with orange and hazelnuts. Warning: this is a very satisfying dessert!!! Very!!! It is best to perceive it as a separate full-fledged dish, since if, for example, you have dinner, and then decide to end a pleasant evening with dessert, then most likely you will eat only 2-3 spoons of this yummy, since you simply won't fit in anymore.
