Cooking method

Cooking time: 4 h 30 min

It's not difficult to make such a beautiful and delicious cookie. Let's start?

Pre-soften the butter. You don't need to melt it - just leave it on the kitchen table for a couple of hours.

Put the soft butter in a bowl, pour regular sugar, vanilla sugar, rub with a spoon until smooth.

Break the eggs one by one to the resulting mass, rub the mass with a tablespoon.

Sift the flour mixed with salt and baking powder, quickly knead the dough and put it in the refrigerator for about an hour.

Fill the mold with dough (it is not necessary to lubricate the mold, since the dough is fat enough and will not stick), bake on gas. Adjust the time by visually checking the desired ruddiness of the cookies.

When the cookies are ready, go to the decoration. To do this, melt milk chocolate in a water bath first. Dip the mushroom caps into the melted chocolate. When the chocolate hardens, melt the white chocolate in a water bath as well. Dip the mushroom legs into it, then immediately lower them into the poppy.

Serve on the table, eat with pleasure, please your family!
