Mimosa classic salad with cheese

What is a holiday without this dish?! Try! On my festive table, in the old-fashioned way, there is always a "Mimosa". So what if the recipe is old? The main thing is that I like its taste, and you can arrange it, observing modern trends, in portions or serve it on a platter without a salad bowl (I will tell you in detail how to do this in the description of the cooking process). Rate, I offer my own version of ingredients and serving on the table.

Cooking method

Boil hard-boiled eggs, cool, peel from the shell. Peel the onion, cut it finely, put it in a bowl and pour boiling water, leave for 5 minutes. We separate the yolks from the proteins and immediately proceed to the assembly of the salad (I do this with a special detachable ring).

We install a ring on a flat dish, three proteins on a coarse grater, spread on the bottom of the dish, lubricate with mayonnaise.

Knead the salmon a little with a fork and spread it over the proteins, pepper to taste.

Squeeze the onion from the water, spread it on top of the salmon, lubricate with mayonnaise.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater, spread it in an even layer.

We take the butter out of the freezer, grate it on a fine grater immediately on the cheese, carefully level it.

It's the turn of the yolks. Three of them finely, spread, smearing the previous layer with mayonnaise.

Carefully remove the ring and decorate the salad with green onions (you can decorate with anything, as long as you like it).

Serve the salad on the festive table - it deserves it!
