Paella is a delicious and quick dinner in 40 minutes.
1. Chop the breast and garlic, fry

2. Pour saffron with hot water

3. Blanch tomatoes, skin and slice

4. Rinse the rice

5. Add tomatoes to breast, add rice, add saffron

6. After 2 minutes, add water to cover the rice by 2 cm

7. Cover with a lid and cook on low heat for 20-25 minutes without stirring

8. Add green peas 8 minutes before they are ready

9. In 2 min. add shrimp (if you have already cooked)
