Juicy salad with ham and string beans. The salad turns out delicious and juicy. If you don't like mayonnaise, then you can season the salad with sour cream or natural yogurt, adding a teaspoon of mustard and a little lemon juice to it. If desired, you can add Bulgarian pepper or canned corn to the salad, it also turns out very tasty!

To begin with, boil the string beans. Slice the onion thinly and marinate. For the marinade, add salt, sugar and vinegar to the water, mix until the sugar dissolves and pour the onion with the marinade. Leave to marinate for 10 minutes.
Now let's get on with the eggs, we need to make pancakes. Break the eggs into a bowl, add mayonnaise at the rate of 1 egg 1 tsp mayonnaise, if desired, season with a little salt and pepper, whisk and fry thin pancakes in a hot frying pan. We leave the finished pancakes to cool down for a few minutes.

Cut the ham into strips, do the same with egg pancakes and cucumbers. Combine ham, cucumbers, egg pancakes, beans and pickled onion in a salad bowl (drain the marinade), season with mayonnaise and add salt and pepper if desired.

Mix everything carefully, leave our salad to infuse for half an hour and serve it to the table! Bon appetit!
