I made this cake for my beloved husband. The cake is very tender and delicious.
Bake biscuits alternately.Beat the eggs with a mixer until the volume increases, gradually adding sugar. Beat for 7 minutes. Then gradually add the flour in the rain and mix with a spatula from the bottom up.
Cover the bottom of the mold with parchment, pour out the dough and turn the mold clockwise so that there is no bulge in the center, bake for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees.
Let's cool each biscuit and cut it in half - we will get 4 cakes.
On two cakes in the center, cut out a heart according to a template.
Prepare the cream: beat all the ingredients with a mixer.
Prepare the impregnation:mix the cherry juice with cognac.
We put the first whole cake and soak it with juice, put a layer of cream on top.
Then the second whole cake, also impregnated and lubricated with cream.
Then the third cake with the center cut out.We also impregnate it with juice and lubricate it with cream.
Then the last fourth cake with the center cut out.
We coat the whole cake well with cream around and in the middle. We put it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
During this time we will prepare jelly.Dissolve it in 200 ml of hot water, cool it to room temperature.
When we take the cake out of the refrigerator, we fill the center with cherry berries tightly. Now the cherry season begins, you can use fresh cherries and fresh cherry juice.
Pour the finished jelly and put the cake back in the refrigerator to solidify the center and further impregnation.
We decorate the finished cake at will as fantasy tells us.
Bon appetit!
Love and be loved!
