How to make baklava from puff pastry Yummy?  Take the eggs, separate the yolks from the whites. Grate margarine into flour. Chop this mass for 10 minutes with a knife. Pour the resulting crumbs into the basin. Add the yolks there, then sour cream, salt, soda, vinegar, vodka, vanilla and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Add flour. Flour may need more or less, focus on the consistency of the dough. It should be soft and elastic.Knead the dough and divide into 3 parts. Put it in the refrigerator for an hour.

We are preparing the filling for now: fry any nuts without oil, chop the nuts. Put it in a saucepan. Whisk 2 cups of sugar with protein and mix with nuts.

Take the dough out of the refrigerator, roll out one layer and put it on a baking sheet, lubricate it with stuffing, put the second layer on the first and lubricate with stuffing, cover 3 layers and press down well with your hands.

Cut directly on the baking sheet into small lozenges or cubes. Brush the top with yolk. bake at a temperature of 200-220 degrees.

When the dough changes color a little, take out the baking sheet and pour the honey solution (dissolve 2 tablespoons of honey with boiling water) and put it back in the oven, Bake until the dough turns red. About 30 minutes. Initially, the baking sheet is placed in a hot oven. That's it, the puff pastry baklava is ready.

Be prepared for the fact that you may need more or less flour than indicated in the recipe. Focus not on the amount of flour, but on the desired consistency of the dough. To avoid mistakes, read about flour and its properties!
