This cooking recipe I borrowed it from a magazine that was released for the 2009 New Year. We tried it after the holidays and were not disappointed at all. Since then, we have been periodically cooking this sweet food at home, which makes everyone at home (and guests into the bargain) incredibly happy.
Beat eggs in a mixer at high speed, pour sugar into them. Then add the chopped walnuts, jam and soda. After – wheat flour and sour cream. Knead the elastic dough. We heat the oven to two hundred degrees, coat a suitable mold with butter or put oiled parchment paper in it. Spread the resulting dough on top, level the surface. Bake for at least thirty minutes. After we take it out, let the cake cool in the mold, cut it into two halves, each of which we lubricate with cream. The surface and sides of the cake are sprinkled with cocoa powder or grated chocolate (or both). The Negro cake will live up to its name when the white cream under the powder will not be visible at all.
Making cream: beat softened butter in a mixer, add sugar, then thick sour cream. We continue to beat until the mass becomes lush and homogeneous.
