Sweet Banana Paradise Cake

Sweet tooth will love it! Simple, fast and unforgettable! I found this recipe for a wonderful cake that does not require baking in a women's magazine. I immediately tried to cook it, because I really liked the description: while I was reading, I imagined how everything would come out in the end. The result exceeded all expectations.

Fill the gelatin with a small amount of fruit juice or cold water and leave to soften.
Beat sour cream with 20% fat content with sugar.

We cut all the fruits as shown in the photo and put them on the bottom of a round shape in the form of a picture. Pour the crushed cookies on top.

Gelatin is heated and combined with sour cream, stirred. We pour all this on top of the cookies. And put it in the refrigerator for an hour.

Before removing the cake from the mold, you need to hold it over the fire for a few seconds, and then quickly flip it onto the prepared dish.
