Boil the seafood for about 3 minutes in salted water. Flip into a colander, sprinkle with lemon.
Melt butter in a saucepan, add olive oil to it. Finely chop the onion, pass it until transparent. In any case, do not fry! Add finely chopped garlic to it, add it. Add flour to the same place, mix quickly. Add the tomato paste, pour in the cream. Now mix the sauce and boil it over low heat for 2-3 minutes.
Add seafood to the sauce, add salt and mix. Cook for about another minute.
Take cocotnuts, smear them with olive oil, fill with seafood, sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Bake in the oven for 10-16 minutes at 200 degrees. As soon as an appetizing golden crust has formed, take it out!
Such a wonderful seafood meal will delight and pleasantly surprise your guests!
